Connectivity Management Platform (CMP)
Display SIM card data using diagrams; Customers can freely view the traffic usage status and life cycle for each SIM card, easily grasping the conditions of the SIM cards
Operation Description
By using the FET SIM device connection management platform, terminal devices (such as street lights, scooters, and sensor equipment, etc.) with SIM cards installed can be connected to the enterprise’s own systems or websites, and the information of each SIM card can be displayed on the platform using diagrams. When the traffic is exceeded or if SIM cards have abnormal statuses, warning notifications will be received to eliminate the abnormality immediately.
Features
Graphical Interface - A graphical message is shown to allow enterprise users to be able to quickly get key Information. |
Communication State - Master details is shown through prompt/historical flow to check charges, bills, and networking diagnosis, etc. |
Automatic Warnings - Promptly master abnormal conditions. An email will be sent by the system when the SIM card is taken out. |
Lifecycle - Meet the scene of the lifecycle of IoT to provide an elastic charging method. |
Global Networking - Provide inquiry service of roaming countries, roaming dealers, and roaming flow. |
Self-service - Customers can use API to let the information on CMP back to Enterprise's ERP or management system. |
Device Connection Platform (DCP) - Applicable for Exports
DCP platform has cooperated with over 400 telecommunication partners worldwide and is compatible with telecommunication providers in different countries; it can also reduce the need for secondary processing for products in other countries, effectively controlling costs.
Description
In the past, enterprises needed to negotiate with telecom providers in different countries individually in order to export their products and services; not only was it labor consuming, but also time consuming. Additional labor was also needed to ensure the quality of the network. Also, after the products or services were successfully tested in their home countries, when they were exported to other countries, local SIM cards needed to be installed again, causing an increase in large amounts of wasted costs and resources. With FET DCP, products are assembled in their home countries and then exported directly, without the need for secondary processing in other countries; not only does this reduce business costs significantly, it can also ensure the quality of products.

eSIM Worldwide Management Platform
eSIM platform helps enterprises negotiate transnational fees, making export of devices to other countries time-saving and convenient
Description:
In the past when devices were exported to different countries, SIM cards from telecom providers in different countries had to be acquired and different roaming plan contracts had to be signed. After the devices were manufactured in their places of production, the devices needed complex secondary processing procedures and to be disassembled again to insert the SIM card. Not only was it time and labor consuming, the production processes of enterprises could not achieve one-stop-shop integration. With the FET eSIM global management platform, equipment manufacturers can freely switch between the SIM card information of transnational telecom providers through the platform, allowing global synchronized management of SIM card devices with a single SIM card and a single platform.
