Data Pool Sharing
Enterprise clients can apply a data sharing primary account that allows multiple mobile numbers to share data volume. There is no limit on the number of shared accounts. When the data volume of the primary account reaches 80%, 90%, and 98%, an SMS message is sent to a contact person specified by the client.

The data sharing service can effectively control the mobile internet expenses within an enterprise.
Every month, when the data volume (including free data) reaches 80%, 90%, and 98%, FET automatically sends SMS messages to contact persons specified by the enterprise client. (3 in total).
When the free data volume is used up, clients can continue to use the service unthrottled. The exceeded data will be charged based on the actual usage* data transfer rate. Pay per use. Data packs may also be purchased.

This service is available for FET 4G enterprise clients.
A primary account can only apply for one “Enterprise client 4G data sharing plan”. Multiple mobile numbers can be attached, each paying NT$80 of “Data sharing mobile number monthly fee” in order to access the shared data. Mobile numbers attached to an “Enterprise client 4G data sharing plan” may not apply or change to other data plans.
The “Enterprise client 4G data sharing plan” only covers data transfers generated via internet APN. When the data of the primary account is used up, the attached mobile numbers can continue to use the service unthrottled. The exceeded data will be charged based on the actual usage * unit rate. [(usage - free data) * data transfer rate = data fee of the month] Data less than 1MB is counted as 1MB.
The effective period of the data sharing pack starts from the day of purchase until two billing cycles (not including the first month). Unused data are void upon expiration, not refundable or renewable. When the data sharing pack is used up, the monthly fee calculations will resume based on the monthly rate of the primary account. When a data sharing pack is purchased, the data included in the plan is deducted before deducting the data sharing pack.
The data transfer volume of this service may be influenced by the usage condition. The rates are calculated based on the system records.
This plan is limited for domestic use. Refer to the roaming rates if traveling abroad. Plan changes become effective on the next billing cycle.
This special service is a telecommunication plan provided to enterprise clients for normal use. If commercial use or other improper use is discovered, we can terminate the service and retroactively charge the data fees based on the client’s plan type.
