With the service, the conference efficiency can be effectively increased, and the multiple operations of policy advocation, education and training, tracking and supervising special projects, risk management can be conducted to created the cost differences by the number of conferences, conference time length, personnel time and business trips!

FET business bases nationwide and worldwide officially apply the use as internal money transfer.

The financial organization that need to hold multi-point conference, education training at the same time as well as policy advocation.

Medium and large-sized enterprises having more than 3 branch offices or administration bases need to hold multi-point conference, education training at the same time as well as policy advocation.

Charge Method

Whoever wants to enter the virtual conference room of FET HD Conference Cloud Service for conducting multiple attendees video conference should apply a user account with a user password. After the company activates the service, the user can reserve a conference room with the user account and password through the login web page.

Each users account stands for one time service of “FET HD Conference Cloud Service”, and the billing method is charged by fixed monthly rent without complicated charging items, such as setup fee, telecommunication fee and the fee of using platform.

The fixed monthly rent is NT$5,000/ per month/ per time of FET HD Conference Cloud Service

Apllication Method

Whoever needs to apply the service should full out “FET HD Video Conference Cloud Application/Modification Form”. Expect for local governments, public schools and public business institutions can submit the application by the form of official documents, all other applicants should enclose the documents as listed below for inspection:

1 Legal person, non-legal identities and business organizations:

Official documents issued by government units, such as business license or permit or other certificates for showing identification.

The representative person's Identification documents..

2 Natural Person: Dual documents to prove identity, such as personal Identification card and National Health Insurance Card (or Driver's license)
